About me
I'm a trained psychologist from Santiago de Chile. In my first years of experience I worked in the justice system, helping people with legal issues and/or criminal records. At the same time I was member of a clinical team, specialised in couples and family therapy.
In 2019 I left my country and moved to Spain where I did a Postgraduate in Art Therapy. Then, in 2021, I moved to Germany for professional reasons. Moving and living abroad has been one of the most challenging experiences of my life as I had to deal with many emotions such as anxiety, lack of self-confidence, loneliness and demotivation (among many others) while trying to make the new country my home.
My own experience and learning have inspired me to accompany people who are committed to create a meaningful and fulfilling life abroad.

Approach
I'm a Psychologist trained in Systemic-Relational approach, Art-Therapy, Humanistic-experiential therapy and EMDR. That's why I work from an integrative perspective, with an emphasis on body consciousness and creative exploration for therapeutic purposes.
Beyond the approach, my methodology consists of looking for those things that are useful and make sense to you. I don't work in a standardised way and that's why each therapeutic process is unique. My proposal is that we can discover together what YOU need.
I love accompanying people who want to deepen their self-knowledge and feel better about themselves. I fully trust that we all have the inner potential to transform ourselves and create the life we want to live.
