About me

Growing up in a multicultural family and living in various countries, I’ve often grappled with questions about identity and belonging. Juggling demanding studies with work has also given me a clear view of the pressure and stress of modern performance culture. These at times demanding experiences have shown me how powerful support and understanding can be, wich has deeply motivated me to help others unlock their resources. By leveraging my experiences and approaching each person with empathy and cultural sensitivity, I aim to create a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone, no matter their background, can explore their challenges and strengths and achieve meaningful personal growth.

Approach

By using tools and techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I want to help you to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to your difficulties. This structured approach aims to empower individuals to develop healthier coping strategies, improve their emotional resilience, and achieve their personal goals. My commitment to CBT and related forms of therapy stems from its evidence-based effectiveness in treating a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related disorders.
