About me
Born in China with a traditional family background of Chinese medicine and Chinese art history, I gained the degree of master in psychology in Dresden/Germany, lived for couples of years in Tokyo/Japan to dive intensively into Japanese art. I am providing systemic therapy treatments for patients from all over the world and conduct group workshops and therapy which specializes on integrating Asian art. The treatment spectrum includes: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, eating disorders, anger management, grief or borderline personality disorder.
I have over 10 years of experience providing psychological counselling to adolescents and adults who challenge daily problems, such as challenges during migration, conflicts and crises in the familiy, school, intercultural couple relationship,

The goal of systemic therapy is to identify the deep-rooted patterns within a person's relationships and family members. By uncovering how members communicate and behave based on their beliefs about their roles, the therapy process helps people understand and alter unhealthy relationship dynamics. It works to help patients realize how their individual feelings are connected to symptoms they’re experiencing.
