My approach is to see you in your unique way. With the concept of integrative psychotherapy I draw from a pool of the most effective methods of different schools (Hypnotherapy, Systemic Therapy, Gestalt therapy, NLP, Schematherapy, family constellation and EMDR) in order to meet your individual need. You may come with your problem but you also come with your solution, you just can't see it yet. With a mix of talk therapy, creative interventions and taking a look into your subconscious we strengthen your resources to overcome your block and find new ways for you to be happy and confident.
