About me
My name is Florian Rister and it is my passion to listen, learn and guide. I support couples and individuals in navigating the challenges, troubles and chances that relationships and sexual life entail. I arrived at this work through the hardships of my own relationships. Out of personal interest, I wanted to understand the dynamics behind my relationships and the patterns that influence our sexuality. Life always presents us with situations that pose great challenges that have to be mastered. Often, we do a lot alone or together with friends and relatives. Sometimes it feels as if nobody can understand us, and we are so stuck that we can hardly make it out on our own. In these difficult life situations, it is helpful to get help from a professional. Sexuality and relationships can be exciting and great fun. But they can also be unsettling, raise questions or even be frightening. Are you struggling with intimacy, relationships, or communication? Would you like more light-heartedness, closeness or a fulfilling sex life in your relationships? Together, we can find ways to make important changes for you personally and/or in your relationship. The basis of my work is client-centred therapy. Simply put, this means that I am here to listen and guide you with questions. Through this process, we will discover patterns within your love life and develop ways to navigate them.
