I’m a Brazilian psychologist, current living in Germany.
Being an immigrant allowed me to have many experiences with different people and cultures, developing a greater sense of empathy and allowing me to look further outside of my own boxes.
Some of the themes I work with the most are: family related themes (couples dynamic, family relationships, parenthood, raising kids), woman's identity, international and migration experiences.
Member of BDP (Berufsverband der Psychologinnen und Psychologen).
“Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul.” C.G. Jung
My main focus is being opened and approachable to the patients. Listening, remaining curious and not judging.
While in the University I had a strong psychoanalysis base and I continued to develop myself in Jungian analysis after that, so the analytical thinking is an important guide for my work. I'm currently at the last semester of a 3 years Systemic therapy program and some of the concepts and techniques are also integrated into the sessions.
