About me
After working for several years in Berlin’s startup scene as a consultant and product manager, I followed my passion to help others have more fulfilling relationships and changed careers to become a couples therapist.
I am a trained RLT practitioner and systemic couples therapist. My background in startups brings a practicality and tool-based approach to my work with couples.
In January 2023, I received my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (with honours) from the Open Universiteit. I received my master’s degree in Business Administration in 2013 from the University of Amsterdam.
I ascribe to the approaches developed by top couple therapists, like Terrence Real, Esther Perel and Ellen Wachtel. To be up to date with the latest approaches and research, I attend several trainings and workshops a year.

In the first session(s), we will discuss your background and assess the strengths and challenges of your relationship. Together, we will set a goal for our sessions.
I believe that awareness brings choice, and with choice, you have the option to do things differently. We will identify problematic patterns and dynamics in your relationship, so that in difficult moments, you will be able to consciously choose different paths then you’re used to.
My goal is to help you have a stronger relationship with your partner, not just in therapy, but also in your home. I will provide feedback and assessment, as well as teach you healthy relationship skills and tools.
