Hello and welcome — I'm Agnieszka Golas, a BACP-registered therapist with a deep passion for helping people find clarity, confidence, and inner peace during life's most challenging times.
My journey into counselling began not just with formal training, but with a deep personal calling to support others in navigating emotional pain, inner conflict, and moments of transformation. Today, I bring over 3,000 hours of professional counselling experience, having worked with clients from all walks of life — from students and professionals to parents, couples, creatives, and trauma survivors.
Since launching my private practice in 2022, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and groups across the UK and Europe, including expats adjusting to new cultures, navigating identity changes, and managing long-distance relationships or isolation. This international perspective has shaped my approach to be truly inclusive, flexible, and attuned to the unique realities of modern life.
Whether you’re navigating burnout in Berlin, grief in Glasgow, or anxiety in Athens — I’m here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and compassion.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Counselling and a Level 4 Counselling Diploma, and I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing training and supervision. I work fluently in both English and Polish, and I’m proud to offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy — supporting clients with ADHD, autism, and other diverse ways of thinking and feeling.
