About me

Psychologist with a psychoanalytic orientation.

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults who wish to better understand their emotions, work through processes such as anxiety or grief, and explore how their internal dynamics influence their relationships and decision-making.

My work is centered on creating a space of listening and dialogue where each person can pause, reconnect with themselves, and make sense of what they are experiencing. Understanding one’s emotions, being able to name them, and taking a position in relation to them is a process that requires time, commitment, and support.

As a migrant in Berlin, I have first-hand knowledge of the inner shifts involved in changing countries. This experience enriches my practice and allows me to accompany those going through migration processes with greater sensitivity and empathy.

If you are ready to listen to what keeps insisting on being heard, I will accompany you in moving through what hurts and reconnecting with your desire.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Body therapyRecommended for those who want to connect their mind and body to release stress or trauma through physical sensations and movement.
PsychoanalysisRecommended for those who want to explore how their unconscious mind and early experiences affect their current behaviors and feelings.
Sex therapyRecommended for individuals or couples who want help improving their sex life, intimacy, or overcoming sexual issues in a supportive environment.
Somatic experiencingRecommended for those who want to use the mind-body connection to address the effects of trauma and restore natural regulation of the nervous system.

My therapeutic approach, grounded in psychoanalysis, provides a safe and trusting environment where patients can express their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgement. I firmly believe that the mind and body are intrinsically connected, meaning that emotions are not only experienced mentally but can also manifest physically. During sessions, I work alongside my patients to explore this interrelationship, helping them understand how their feelings and experiences impact their overall well-being and daily life.

My goal is to offer containment and support in their process of self-discovery, guiding them to identify and analyse the underlying factors contributing to the concerns they bring to therapy. At the same time, I focus on enhancing their inherent strengths and developing resilience, recognising that each individual possesses unique resources that can be key to overcoming life’s challenges. By identifying and reinforcing these skills, we cultivate a solid foundation upon which patients can build greater confidence and self-efficacy, enabling them to face difficulties with a fresh perspective and a renewed sense of purpose.
