Relational and trauma-informed counselling to help you understand your emotions and relationships, with a clear, collaborative approach adapted to you.
I am a counsellor and a creative arts therapist from Estonia, having lived in London, Berlin and Tallinn throughout my adult life.
My work is relational and collaborative. I aim to create a space where we can slow things down, make sense of relational patterns, and explore what's going on for you at your pace. I may bring in creative approaches, such as music or imagery when something becomes difficult to express in words.
I work with a range of clients, including neurodivergent voices. I then aim to adapt how we work so that it feels clear, respectful, and suited to you.
I can support you with:
• understanding patterns in relationships and attachment • feeling overwhelmed or disconnected • making sense of your emotions • navigating burnout and finding ways to restore resilience • understanding your brain's intricacies • gently exploring unhelpful patterns and internalised beliefs • building confidence in your decisions and daily life • reconnecting with your interests, needs, and sense of selfI offer a welcoming space for LGBTQ+ individuals.
Alongside my private practice, I have worked in forensic settings, neurorehabilitation, and schools, supporting children, teens and adults. I actively engage in ongoing professional development courses, regular supervision, and my own personal therapy.

Originally trained as a psychodynamic music therapist, I work flexibly in my approach. If something doesn't feel helpful, we can adjust how we're working since you are the expert on yourself.
In sessions, I may draw on creative and body-based approaches, especially when something is difficult to put into words. I aim to be clear and direct, and can offer reflections or explanations when helpful, so things feel more understandable.
Practical details
• Sessions are usually offered weekly or bi-weekly • Work can be short- or longer-term, depending on your needs • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to consultation sessionsAdditionally, I use Supportive Music and Imagery (SMI) in my practice. SMI is a structured approach that uses music, imagery, and reflection to support emotional processing and self-understanding.
SMI can be offered as a short-term series (usually 6-10 sessions) or integrated into ongoing counselling. Sessions are typically held bi-weekly.
