I help individuals and couples navigate the complexities of their inner world, whether through psychedelic-assisted therapy, exploring relationship dynamics with partner(s), family, and self, or working through patterns shaped by attachment wounds, anxiety, or trauma.
With a Master’s in Neuroscience from King’s College London and over six years of experience in Berlin and the US, my work integrates cutting-edge research with mindfulness, nervous-system–based therapy and psychedelic-assisted approaches. I have trained with the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness in the US, the Synthesis Institute and volunteered with the Zendo Project at MAPS-related events. This combination allows me to create a safe, precise, and individualized space where you can process deep emotions, reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a stronger sense of agency in your life.
What sets my practice apart is the level of personalization. Each journey is carefully tailored to your needs and psychological landscape. Some clients seek guidance integrating powerful psychedelic experiences. Others come to explore relational patterns, including non-traditional or ENM dynamics, or to work with anxiety, ADHD/ AuDHD, or long-standing emotional blocks.
🔍 Why I Do This Work
A client once shared with me, “True healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about reclaiming the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to silence.” That insight reflects the heart of my approach. I aim to create a space where every part of you is welcome, especially the uncomfortable truths that often hold the greatest growth potential.
I believe transformation happens when we meet what feels difficult with courage and curiosity. Through intentional work with cannabis-assisted therapy and other carefully selected psychedelic tools, combined with grounded integration and nervous system regulation, I support clients in turning emotional struggle into clarity, connection, and meaningful change.
