About me

I'm from the UK, and started out academically with a first degree in Zoology. I drifted into Business following graduation for 10 years, before becoming super frustrated with my life and the 9 to 5. I took a risk and decided to try retraining as a therapist. I went back to college, and then University, and really enjoyed the challenge as a 30 year old going back to Uni.
I have carved out a career in the counselling world, and appreciate the continuous learning journey you experience as a therapist, which feeds back into my work. I'm grateful for the work that i can do, to witness change, and to be able to sit with people through their transformations.

I have over a decade's experience working in the field. I am trained in integrative therapy meaning that i offer therapy to fit the client need. I combine modalities such as psychodynamic, humanistic, systemic and modern relational therapies. A few years ago i completed a Psychosexual certificate, and last year completed a diploma in Gender, Sex & Relationship Diversity, in order to better serve my clients.
My rates are €100 for individuals (50 mins), and €130 for couples (1hr). I can offer sliding scale rates for those with different financial needs - please contact me for further information.

2016 - current: relocated to Berlin, and set up private practice.
2012 – 2016: lead counsellor for the UK’s largest HIV / Sexual Health charity working mainly with LGBTQ+ clients
2013 – 2016: ran a successful private practice in South Wales, UK
2013 – 2015: counselling 16 to 25 year olds in a Higher Education setting (brief intervention therapy)
2013 – 2014: counselling long term gamblers in a new pilot scheme start up in South Wales.
