As a trained counsellor with over 10 years’ experience, I support clients in overcoming challenges and building resilience in a safe, professional setting. I also offer sessions online.
I am trained in Counselling Psychology from Keele University (U.K.) and have a social psychology background.
I work closely with my clients as they learn to treat themselves with compassion and overcome challenges. I support clients with a variety of concerns including those related to self-worth, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, work-life balance and adjusting to change.
I am from India. Having travelled to and lived in a number of different places before moving to Berlin, I bring my appreciation & understanding of change and adjustment to my practice as a counsellor. My practice is informed by my values of openness and curiosity. I provide non-judgmental support and welcome diversity of all kind. I offer sessions in Mitte (Berlin) and online.
In my practice, I use an integrative approach, drawing primarily from the person-centred approach, and often include elements of mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, expressive art and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). My aim is to offer you a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment where you can speak without hesitation and make sense of your struggles and strengths. I truly believe that one size does not fit all. My approach to counselling is very collaborative in nature, and the sessions will be shaped to meet your needs and goals.
