I am a clinical psychologist. Here, we sit not to endure additional pain but to adapt and build the inner resources needed to overcome life’s difficulties. In psychotherapy, a deep understanding of ourselves is key. It is the key to doors that have remained closed for years, behind which desires, needs, goals, and emotions wait for the opportunity to be expressed—an opportunity without judgment, with respect, to lead relief and better relations with ourselves and others. I will provide services both in Farsi & English.
I use Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), a method that focuses on discovering and releasing suppressed emotions resulting from childhood or adult psychological trauma and attachment-centered relationships. By making individuals aware of destructive and hidden psychological patterns, it creates a new path to end psychological suffering. In this approach, my main goal is to help you break free from vicious cycles of anxiety and tension and return to a more balanced and enjoyable life. My approach will be based on respect for your experience, especially if you are experiencing challenges before or after migration.
