My journey into this work began with my own healing. Formerly an Interior My journey into this work began with my own healing. I was once an interior architect, creating beautiful spaces for others while quietly ignoring the subtle—and eventually loud—signals my body was sending me. Chronic illness, emotional exhaustion, and a deep sense of disconnection eventually pushed me to make a radical life change. I left the corporate world in search of deeper meaning and healing, and eventually dedicated myself to embodied wellbeing, sexuality, and trauma integration. My path is a story of resilience, transformation, and reclaimed power. As the eldest of three children, I grew up carrying great responsibilities, without the support of a father figure, and with early experiences of sexual abuse. These challenges, combined with body image struggles and bulimia in my youth, left deep emotional and physical scars—scars that manifested in chronic full-body pain, depressive phases, and excessive partying in my late teens. As an adult, I initially pursued a successful career as an interior architect, designing beautiful spaces for others while continuing to neglect the needs and signals of my own body. Chronic stress, exhaustion, and fibromyalgia finally forced me to pause and turn inward. I made the choice to reclaim my health, my pleasure, and my life, and I began a deep healing journey. I traveled the world studying yoga, Tantra, somatic bodywork, shadow work, and sexological practices. Along the way, I confronted and transformed childhood wounds, emotional blocks, and suppressed patterns. I know from lived experience what it feels like to be disconnected from your own body and pleasure—and what it takes to step into a life of embodied joy, confidence, and empowerment. Over the past ten years, I’ve further deepened my training—from yoga and meditation in India to Sexological Bodywork, Neo-Tantra, Creative Consciousness Coaching, and the VITA™ method for Sex, Love & Relationship
My therapeutic style is deeply rooted in somatic, trauma-informed practice – and at the same time lively, intuitive, and full of heart. In my sessions, it’s not just about talking about your issues, but exploring and transforming them directly in the body. We work with breath, gentle movement, Felt Sense, Embodiment, Tantra, neurobiology, and Dearmouring where it feels appropriate, as well as inner journeys, parts work, Schoßraum healing, and creative, consciousness-transforming impulses. This opens doors that words alone often cannot reach. This integrative approach, which unites body, mind, and psyche, gives you access to deep relaxation, transformation, pleasure, and vitality. Old patterns, childhood conditioning, or stored emotions are allowed to release and transform, while new pathways and solutions can emerge gently and naturally. My work combines talk therapy and consciousness-based work with body-oriented methods and can, if you wish, be supplemented with workshops and group formats. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every woman is unique, and my approach honors that. Whether you long for a life free from overwhelm and exhaustion, deeper sexual experience, healing old wounds, more vitality, or simply the feeling of coming fully into yourself – I meet you exactly where you are. Since 2015, I have been guiding women on this journey, witnessing them gradually gain more trust, pleasure, and clarity. My goal is to provide you with a safe, nourishing space where you can fully unfold, feel your feminine power, and live a life filled with joy, relaxation, and embodiment.
