I work primarily with women and couples navigating significant emotional and psychological transitions. Especially those shaped by burnout, relationship struggles, parenthood, and a loss of connection to self.
I’m an English-speaking therapist based in Kreuzberg, Berlin. I am currently in (Ausbildung) training for a doctorate in psychodynamic psychotherapy. Having studied combine psychology and neuroscience, with a whole previous career in holistic nutrition and food, I am interested in the interplay of mind and body.
My understanding of human connection and my approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we make space for connection. My therapeutic approach is rooted in depth psychology and draws heavily on the theories and traditions of psychoanalysis. Looking into the deeper meaning behind human connection from drives, sexual desire, loss of connection to others and to self, as well as intimacy issues. I offer a space for deep, exploratory work, where unconscious patterns, emotional injuries, and formative experiences can be gently uncovered and understood over time. I believe meaningful and lasting change comes not from surface level strategies, but from engaging with the deeper layers of our inner world.

There comes a moment in all of our lives when we become disconnected from ourselves and somewhere deep inside of us we hear a voice. It might be a whisper or perhaps a shout, but it is seeking something. Sometimes, it arrives as exhaustion, as disconnection, as the ache of burnout or the confusion of a relationship that no longer nourishes. Sometimes it comes with the tender grief of wanting to become a mother, or in the disorienting space of having already become one—and losing sight of oneself along the way. I am here to meet you in that place.
