About me
I am a licensed counselor from New Jersey, triathlete, climber, runner, cyclist, musician, and loving human being. Like every other person, I have been through many hardships and challenges and have used them to help me grow into the person I am today.
Life is challenging, but it can be either a place where we can grow or never fully bloom. It all depends on how we make sense out of it. If you ever meet me, the one thing you will always remember is that I cared and believed in each one of my clients.

I believe in the humanistic approach to counseling, which is to show unconditional positive regard, empathy, and acceptance of all clients for who they are and where they are in life. I have found a combination of acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to be the framework in my approach to counseling.
