I am a systemically oriented therapist and social educator with many years of experience working with individuals, couples, parents, and families. My professional background includes outreach family support and counseling within a family center setting, where I have supported people facing complex relational dynamics, high stress levels, and significant life transitions. This work has given me a grounded and realistic understanding of the pressures that arise when professional demands, parenting responsibilities, partnership challenges, and personal expectations intersect.
Over more than 20 years of group facilitation, team development, and nature-based educational work, I have developed a strong sensitivity to group dynamics, roles, and loyalty conflicts. I work in a structured, resource-oriented, and reflective manner, guided by the belief that behavior always has meaning within its context. Rather than assigning blame, I seek to understand underlying patterns and support sustainable change.
I explicitly understand my practice as a safer space, particularly for LGBTQIA+ individuals and diverse family forms. Respect, non-discrimination, and cultural sensitivity are central to my professional stance. I support clients in reconnecting with their inner orientation and values, especially in times of crisis, transition, or relational strain, fostering clarity, stability, and constructive development.
