I am a systemically oriented therapist and social educator with many years of experience working with individuals, couples, parents, and families. My professional background includes outreach family support and counseling within a family center setting, where I have supported people facing complex relational dynamics, high stress levels, and significant life transitions. This work has given me a grounded and realistic understanding of the pressures that arise when professional demands, parenting responsibilities, partnership challenges, and personal expectations intersect. Over more than 20 years of group facilitation, team development, and nature-based educational work, I have developed a strong sensitivity to group dynamics, roles, and loyalty conflicts. I work in a structured, resource-oriented, and reflective manner, guided by the belief that behavior always has meaning within its context. Rather than assigning blame, I seek to understand underlying patterns and support sustainable change. I explicitly understand my practice as a safer space, particularly for LGBTQIA+ individuals and diverse family forms. Respect, non-discrimination, and cultural sensitivity are central to my professional stance. I support clients in reconnecting with their inner orientation and values, especially in times of crisis, transition, or relational strain, fostering clarity, stability, and constructive development.
I work from a systemic, resource-oriented perspective, grounded in the belief that every behavior makes sense within its relational and personal context. Rather than focusing solely on problems, I explore patterns, dynamics, and underlying needs. My approach is structured yet flexible: I provide clarity and orientation while remaining open to the complexity each individual, couple, or family brings. I aim to create a space where reflection becomes possible and new perspectives can emerge. In my work with individuals and couples, I pay close attention to interaction patterns, unspoken expectations, loyalty conflicts, and the impact of external pressures such as career demands, parenting responsibilities, or societal norms. I combine analytical clarity with genuine curiosity and respect. When helpful, I gently challenge rigid narratives or recurring cycles, always with the intention of strengthening autonomy and mutual understanding. My practice is explicitly inclusive and grounded in non-discrimination. I understand therapy as a collaborative process built on safety, transparency, and trust. Whether clients are navigating crisis, transition, or questions of identity and values, I support them in reconnecting with their inner orientation and developing sustainable, realistic steps forward.
