Working for and with people in difficult situations is part of my personal development. I want to accompany my clients with confidence during crises or challenges and take care of their feelings of discomfort, irritation and tangible suffering
A deep understanding of child development and neurological processes has inspired me to work with the subconscious. Based on scientifically sound methods, I want to provide access to subconscious, neurologically anchored patterns in order to help my clients understand and change them.
The examination of the best forms of therapy, even outside the narrowly defined guidelines of psychotherapy, allows me to develop tailor-made solutions for my clients. This is why I continue to learn from the best mentors in the various disciplines, e.g. Ortwin Meiss (hypnotherapy) or Woltemade Hartman (egostate therapy).
In my own practice, I have been able to work on over 1,200 sessions and a variety of issues together with my clients. This offers me many opportunities to refine and deepen my methods, as many years of experience are an important component of successful psychotherapy.
At the beginning of my career, I studied at the London School of Economics and worked in various management positions at international companies, as well as founding and running my own company.
