Licensed Psychotherapy Practitioner. I work with people who think deeply and live intensely — helping them find ground.
My way of working is shaped by a background in physics and data science — including research involving CERN data. This brings structure and analytical depth to our sessions: I notice patterns and don't shy away from complexity.
Having relocated myself, I understand what immigration actually demands — not just practically but internally. I work extensively with expats and international professionals.
I often work with intellectually curious and highly self-demanding people — those whose minds are constantly evaluating and striving. A sharp intellect is a genuine asset, and it can also make it harder to access your emotional life and sense of your own body.
Our work focuses on restoring balance between analytical thinking and felt experience — where high internal standards coexist with self-compassion.
I work integratively, with gestalt therapy at the core. Depending on what you bring, I draw on other approaches when they fit.
I work best with people who see themselves as the authors of their own lives — or want to.
At the heart of it, therapy is an investigation — into how you're built, what you actually need, and what becomes possible when you see yourself more clearly.
There's room for humor in our sessions. And for the things that are hard to say out loud.
