I work with adults who grew up in alcoholic or dysfunctional families and who experience anxiety, emotional dysregulation, relational difficulty
My approach draws from a variety of therapeutic philosophies and methods.
I am an integrative psychotherapist currently in advanced clinical training at the Jerzy Mellibruda School of Psychotherapy in Warsaw. I work with adults who grew up in alcoholic or dysfunctional families and who experience long-term effects of developmental trauma. My approach integrates psychodynamic, humanistic, and trauma-informed perspectives, tailored to each client’s individual history and needs.
I work clinically with adults who experience:
chronic anxiety and persistent emotional tension
difficulties with emotional regulation (overwhelm, shutdown, or emotional reactivity)
relational and attachment difficulties
shame, guilt, and low self-worth rooted in early family experiences
symptoms associated with complex trauma (CPTSD)
My work is grounded also in building a safe and stable therapeutic relationship that supports emotional regulation, insight, and long-term psychological change. Mindfulness and body-based awareness are used as supportive tools, while the core of my work remains depth-oriented, integrative psychotherapy. I regularly participate in professional supervision.
Meditation has been a transformative force in my life for many years and is the main source of my psychological resilience.
My qualifications include Psychotherapy Training in Integrative Psychotherapy and a Masters degree in Mindfulness Studies from Aberdeen University in Scotland. I've also studied Counselling Skills at Aberdeen University.
In therapy, I focus on:
understanding the client’s personal history and current symptoms in a clinical context
identifying long-standing emotional and relational patterns rooted in early experiences
supporting the development of emotional regulation and psychological stability
strengthening self-awareness, agency, and capacity for meaningful relationships
