Hi there <3 I support thoughtful and sensitive people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD patterns or life transitions. Many of my clients think a lot, feel deeply... Creative. Intuitive. Bringing passion for life :)
My path into this work started through my own experiences. For a long time my life was shaped by illness, anxiety and the constant feeling that something was wrong with me. I spent countless hours trying to “fix” myself and follow every rule about what a healthy life should look like. Yet the anxiety AND illness remained.
At some point I realized that I was not making healthy choices because I loved myself, but because I was afraid of suffering. Fear had quietly become the foundation of my life. When I began shifting my focus toward curiosity, passion and inner peace, something fundamentally changed. That shift eventually led me to the work I do today.
I studied psychology, became a NLP Practitioner and master and later completed a degree in design (my other passion), where I became particularly interested in how creativity and reflection can help people process emotions and regain a sense of direction. Over the past years I have worked with individuals in Germany, the Netherlands, France and Switzerland through coaching sessions, workshops and retreats.
My approach is structured but deeply human. We begin by clarifying what is actually creating tension or confusion in your life right now. Often the first step is helping the nervous system settle so that clarity and choice can return. From there we work with practical tools to understand and shift patterns. Depending on the situation, I draw from approaches such as NLP, The Work, systemic constellation work, EFT and guided reflection. I also integrate body awareness and nervous system regulation. For some clients additional frameworks like Human Design, tarot or symbolic reflection can help create perspective and integration. These tools are not used as answers but as ways to open new questions and insights. I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply, navigate life transitions, and build a relationship with themselves that is based on trust rather than fear. Coaching does not replace psychotherapy, diagnosis or medical treatment.
