My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I don’t believe in forcing people into a script or pushing one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, I help you understand your experience more deeply, get clearer on what you want, and move toward it in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and true to who you are.
A lot of my work centers on self-trust, discernment, and reducing unnecessary friction. Many clients come to me because they know how to survive, function, or perform — but not necessarily how to thrive. Together, we look at the patterns that keep you stuck, the ways old coping strategies may still be running the show, and the next steps that are actually workable in your real life.
Clients who work especially well with me are often recovering perfectionists, thoughtful over-thinkers, or people who feel “fine” on the outside but know they want more aliveness, clarity, or freedom than they currently feel. I also work well with clients who are going through a destabilizing event — such as a breakup, move, relationship shift, or major decision — and want support regaining perspective and steadiness.
