As I have always made and listened to music myself, I know the effect music can have on our mental health. It can give our inner self a voice, trigger emotions, strengthen us or give us structure.
In my work, I specialize in neurodivergence (ADHD | Autism | AuDHD) in both adults and children.
In my work, it’s important to me to create a space where you feel comfortable. Music is often associated with performance, pressure, or notions of right and wrong. In music therapy, that’s absolutely not the case! Here, there’s no need to perform. Here, you can rediscover your childlike curiosity through music and let your creative side shine.
You don’t have to be musical to do music therapy!
About myself:
I'm a fan of jazz, soul and also techno. I've been playin the saxophone basically my whole life, taught myself the guitar and would love to play the piano better than I actually can. I know about the struggle of practising too!Currently I'm discovering the world of synthesizers. I'm also a mother.
What inspires you about music?
