About me

2018 I have discovered hypnosis for myself after I had a hard time. Since then I am passionate about supporting people by NARM, Hypnosis, Ego State Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR and therapeutical writing.

Depending on your reason of your visit we choose the best therapy method for you. Hypnosis is a great way to start with because it provides improvements in psychological wellbeing. NARM is my favourity approach for topics related to developmental trauma. For involving the whole autonomous nervous system Somatic Experiencing is my preferred therapy method. EMDR works with bi-lateral stimulation of the eyes and your brain to process trauma. And writing therapy is great if you want to continue working on your topics at home.

2020: Permission to work as healing practitioner for psychotherapy (Health office Berlin-Lichtenberg) Since 2020 I provide regular therapy and coaching sessions, get supervised and do somatic experiencing sessions. Since 2024 I have a new therapy room at Solmmsstraße (Bergmannkiez)
