For twelve years, I’ve been in a wonderful, vibrant partnership—one that, like any relationship, has had its ups and downs. Moments of doubt, anger, and hopelessness, but also deep love and connection. Through it all, we’ve learned to listen, grow together, and keep our bond alive and I want to share my knowledge on healthy conflict resolution and sustaining intimacy with others. To me, relationships—both with ourselves and others—are what make life meaningful. Therefore, I help people build fulfilling connections, whether navigating differing libidos, recurring conflicts, or challenges in non-monogamous relationships. My focus is on recognizing relationship dynamics and fostering connection, closeness, and passion.
I spent ten years as a Product Manager in Usability Engineering, learning to deeply understand people’s needs—an ability I now bring into my work. I’ve trained in relational dynamic couples and sex therapy and deepened my knowledge by becoming a Heilpraktiker for Psychotherapy and studying Nonviolent Communication and Attachment Theory by John Bowlby. Attachment theory is also often focus in my sessions as our early experiences shape how we love, fight, and allow closeness. My own childhood was shaped by both trauma and deep connection. While painful experiences still influence my attachment style, I was also lucky to experience profound love and security—especially with my mother, a relationship I treasure so much! These contrasts have shown me that healing is possible and that we can create fulfilling relationships, no matter our past.
Beyond my practice, I host workshops and Temple Nights—safe(r) spaces for self-exploration, conscious connection, and new experiences. Check out my OASIS website or Instagram for more. And when I’m not working, you’ll find me soaking up the sun, enjoying the flow of unscheduled days with my family, or bringing a blank canvas to life with colors and glitter.
I look forward to connecting with you! 😊 ✨
I offer a discounted 50-minute introductory session for €30. More details can be found on my website.
In relational dynamic couples and sex therapy, I focus primarily on the dynamics at play between partners. This includes recurring patterns that resurface time and again, often leading to tension and friction.
