I offer a space to speak about the things that are often left unsaid. It is an invitation to look at the life you are living and to find a more vital, grounded way of being in your relationships.
My practice is the result of many years spent studying the ideas of others, as well as the complixities of my own self. I didn't choose this path because it was a convenient one, but because it was the only one that felt true to the life I was living. My own experiences have taught me, sometimes the hard way, that we are essentially a collection of the relationships we have moved through—each one leaving its mark on how we see ourselves today. Because this work comes from a personal place, I am right there in the room with you. I don’t sit back as a detached observer; I see our sessions as a live, honest interaction. This isn't about analyzing a problem from a distance, but about experiencing the possibility of change as it happens between us.
Whether you come with a specific, immediate challenge or a desire to understand deeper recurring patterns, the work starts where you are. My approach is flexible; we can focus on a particular goal over a shorter period, or allow for a more open-ended exploration. Both are valid ways to begin. The work is about creating a setting where you can be heard without the pressure to perform or "fix" yourself on a schedule. We bring a steady curiosity to how you connect with others and where you might be holding back. We pay attention to the stories you’ve lived and the patterns that show up in our sessions, moving at a pace that feels right to you.
I have worked with a wide variety of patients and clients throughout the years in different organizations and environments, such as Kontakt und Beratung Stelle, Day Clinic and outpatient. My work was among others with immigrants and refugees. The spectrum of diagnoses and complaints I work with is very wide. I have worked with individuals as well as groups.
Currently, I am seeing patients in individual, private outpatient setting.
