My name is Ievgeniia, and I’m a mental health consultant with a background in Transactional Analysis.
Before stepping into this field, I spent over 10 years working in tech recruitment — helping people navigate transitions, choices, and uncertainty. Over time, I realized I was drawn not just to career shifts, but to the deeper, invisible changes happening within people. I wanted to be with others not only at the surface of life decisions, but also in the tender, vulnerable places beneath. That’s what brought me to psychological counseling.
Now I work with people in moments of emotional transition — identity loss, burnout, silent grief, migration, or the disorientation of early parenthood. My own life has been marked by such transitions. I lost my sense of home in 2014, and the full-scale war forced me to leave it again. I’ve lived and worked across Asia, and now raise my child in Berlin. Motherhood opened a new chapter — it brought me closer to the questions of family patterns, inherited roles, and how we unconsciously repeat or resist them.
In my work, I integrate Transactional Analysis, body awareness, and the relational space between us. I support clients in exploring inner dynamics, including the voices of the inner child and inner parent, while strengthening the inner adult who can make conscious, compassionate choices. I use body-based methods to access pre-verbal layers of trauma and to support nervous system regulation and deep safety. My approach is grounded, respectful, and emotionally attuned. I believe that meaningful change begins not with pressure, but with presence — and you don’t need to be fully ready to begin. You just need a willingness to show up.
I use a relational approach rooted in Transactional Analysis — where we explore how your inner dynamics were shaped in early relationships.
At the same time, I work with early, pre-verbal trauma stored in the body — using gentle, body-based methods that help the nervous system return to safety and restore connection.
Together, we listen to what your system has learned about the world — and help it discover new, kinder ways to be.
