I am a psychological psychotherapist with five years of professional experience.
About my background: I grew up in Germany as the child of a German father and a Uruguayan mother. As a neurodivergent, bicultural, and queer person, I often experienced what it means not to conform to the norms of the majority society and to be met with a lack of understanding. My personal journey of emotionally coping with this sense of otherness also informs and enriches my therapeutic work.
After completing my master’s degree in psychology, I moved to Berlin in 2020 to begin my training as a psychotherapist. I have worked particularly intensively with the following topics: depression and burnout, anxiety, neurodiversity (ADHD), health anxiety (hypochondria), prolonged grief, attachment and relationship difficulties, coping with separations, as well as interpersonal challenges and personality-related themes (narcissism, borderline traits, low self-esteem, dependency).
I offer counseling informed by cognitive behavioral therapy and will soon also offer psychotherapy.
