I am a Berlin-based psychologist and counsellor with training and certification in hypnotherapy. Over the years, I have worked with neurodivergent individuals, unaccompanied minor refugees, and clients in private practice.
Working across these different contexts has given me the opportunity to support people from a wide range of backgrounds and life circumstances. These experiences have shown me that people can respond to similar challenges in very different ways depending on their relationships, personal history, and circumstances. They have also reinforced my belief in the importance of understanding each person within the broader context of their life.
I aim to offer a space where curiosity, openness, and compassion guide the process, and where difficult experiences can be explored honestly and at your own pace. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, self-acceptance, and more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others.
My approach is rooted in a systemic understanding of the person as a whole: rather than focusing on isolated symptoms or experiences, I look at how different aspects of a person's life influence one another. Drawing from health and social psychology, hypnotherapy, and parts work, I help clients explore their internal dialogue—the ongoing conversations they have with themselves—and how it shapes the way they relate to themselves, others, and the world around them. Through this process, I support clients in developing greater self-understanding and making choices that feel more aligned with who they are and how they want to live.
