I take an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to meet you where you are. My work is informed by Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Humanistic, and Mindfulness-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
In our work together, we pay attention to the present moment while gently exploring how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be shaping your current thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Understanding these connections can create greater clarity, choice, and self-compassion.
I hold a humanistic perspective at the core of my practice, grounded in the belief that each person has an inherent capacity for growth and change. Therapy offers a space to reconnect with your inner strengths and sense of self. Rather than focusing on what is “wrong,” we gently work toward deeper understanding and meaningful movement forward.
I aim to provide a safe, reflective, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your past, present, and future with honesty and curiosity. Together, we create an approach that feels aligned with you and supports sustainable change.
I also offer 1:1 Adult ADHD management sessions for those seeking structured support in navigating attention, regulation, and executive functioning challenges. All sessions are conducted online.
