About me

You have reached the right therapist if you've been carrying a lot, the pressure to perform, the loneliness of starting over somewhere new, or simply not being able to get out of bed everyday. I work with people who are often first-time therapy seekers. People who've spent years being the capable one, the one who figures it out, the one who is hyper independent. What to expect while working with me? Clarity: I listen empathetically to understand your patterns, your habits and your mindset and figure out the best possible way to unlock your true potential. Compassion: I offer you a non-judgemental space where I share your emotional burdens while you can breathe, relax and learn how to cope more effectively with pressures of life. Collaboration: I build a partnership with you where we explore your deepest struggles and build practical pathways to help you live a more fulfilled life.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Person-centered approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
My approach is integrative, which means I don't use a one-size-fits-all method. I draw on psychodynamic depth to understand the patterns that keep showing up, CBT tools when you need something actionable, and DBT and ACT frameworks when emotions feel too big or life feels too uncertain. Some sessions go deep. Some are practical. Some, genuinely leave you laughing at the end. Most are a mix of all three. I'm warm, and I'll hold space for the difficult stuff. I'll also be direct with you when I think it serves you. Therapy with me is collaborative, not passive. I offer online sessions in English.
