I am specializing in the treatment of chronic fatigue (CFS), long covid, and mental crisis.
In case of a mental crisis, I can also inform you on the German health care system and help you navigate it.
I am a psychologist and currently in training to become a psychological psychotherapist. As my main job, I work on a psychiatric team for crisis intervention for outpatients.
People with chronic fatigue syndrome or long covid suffer from recurring setbacks of health condition following physical, emotional, or cognitive exertion. Such declines in performance level are called "crashes".
Patients suffering from such symptoms face special challenges when searching for professional treatment because of their impaired resilience and stress tolerance.
I offer consultation that is adapted to your level of performance, tempo, and energy. Together we can explore the possibilities you have available to alleviate or overcome your symptoms.
Regarding the modalities of the therapeutic session, I am happy to adapt to your needs. We can meet in person in a practice room, at your home, online, or via telephone.
In our work we seek to avoid "crashes" or further worsening of your condition.
My treatment is oriented by the current state of scientific findings. As a therapist, I work integratively, using methods from psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy. I furthermore draw from relaxation techniques and body psychotherapy.
I absolve my therapeutic training in psychodynamic psychotherapy.
