My work is grounded in a holistic, body-oriented approach that integrates psychological insight with direct experience. I combine elements from cognitive behavioral coaching, mindfulness, embodiment practices, parts work, and schema therapy to support development and change on multiple levels.
What I often see is that people already understand themselves quite well on a rational level, yet still feel stuck and unable to bring about the change they long for. This is why I go beyond reflection, so I can support clients in accessing new experiences through the body, allowing for immediate and more lasting change.
Sessions are tailored to the individual and move between reflection and experience. At times, we explore behavioral patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics; at other times, we focus on developing practical tools and taking concrete steps in everyday life. A key part of my work is helping clients not only understand themselves, but also feel and embody new ways of being.
I work in a trauma-sensitive, resource-oriented way and place great importance on creating a safe and trusting space. My role is to support you in reconnecting with yourself, gaining clarity, and strengthening your capacity to interact with life in a self-directed and conscious way.
