About me

I’ve been living in Berlin for the past ten years with my partner and our children. Alongside my work as a therapist, I studied fine arts and worked as a tattoo artist. Creative expression continues to be a vital part of who I am.

I’ve walked a long path—from feeling lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself and my body, to stepping into ownership of my life. Psychotherapy played a significant role in this transformation, and I feel honoured to now pass that torch and support others on their own paths.

I work mainly with women and queers who are reclaiming their power, reconnecting with their bodies and sexuality, finding self-love and building deeper relationships.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Holistic approachRecommended for those who want to address their mental health through a balanced focus on mind, body, and spirit.
Humanistic psychologyRecommended for those looking for a therapy that emphasizes personal growth and self-fulfillment, focusing on becoming your best self in a positive, non-judgmental space.
Psychedelic integration therapyRecommended for those who have had psychedelic experiences and want help understanding and integrating the insights into their everyday life for personal growth and self-discovery.
I hold a degree in clinical psychology with a focus on humanistic and feminist approaches. Over the years, I have incorporated body psychotherapy and relational therapy into my practice. I also use elements of psychedelic integration therapy.
