My name is Anika Bergmann, I am a systemic psychotherapist in training. My goal is to accompany you through processes of change—with appreciation, clarity, and an eye for possibility, whether as an individual or couple.
I support individuals, couples, and families in challenging life situations and during personal changes. I want to offer a safe environment where you can gain clarity, orientation, and new perspectives. My approach is systemic, modern, and solution-oriented—I arrange appointments flexibly according to your needs, including evenings. I currently do online sessions only. Please contact me if you are interested in in-person work.
In my work, I combine a resource-oriented approach with practical methods. It is important to me that you feel seen, understood, and taken seriously. I work systemically, which means that I don't just look at “the problem,” but also at the connections, relationships, and strengths that you bring with you. I like to use inner parts work, biographical schema work, and constellations in my work.
Classic fields of work:
I look forward to hearing from you in a short introductory message so that we can arrange a free introductionary appointment to get to know each other. Best regards and all the best, Anika Bergmann
