I can help you break out of your self-limiting patterns and make way for your confident self, that is able to achieve your goals and be happy. To facilitate this, I offer an individual aproach for each online therapy that takes into account your individual goals, wishes, problems, resources and personality traits.

Besides my Psychology degree, I have completed acting training and also obtained several qualifications in the area of happiness psychology, relationship dynamics couple and sexual therapy, neurolinguistic programming and systemic consultancy. Additionally I work as a psychologist and LGBTQIA+ protection officer in a refugee facility and have received further training in these areas.

As a lesbian myself it is important to me to explicitly state that I offer couples therapy not only to monogamous cis-heterosexual couples, but also to lesbian, gay, non-binary and polyamorous couples. As a part of the LGBTQIA+ community I have taken specialized trainings on issues commonly and specificly experienced in such relationships, so I can be better equiped to support members of the community. Gender and the type of the relationship do not determine whether a relationship can be happy and successful. Culturally sensitive approach is also important to me.

Very often the patient's individuality is not taken into account when creating a therapyplan which can lead to unsatisfying results. That's why I believe in taking an individual approach with every client that takes into account their individual goals, wishes, problems, resources and personality traits.

Together we would work on your cognitions and behavioral patterns to change the way you think and feel about yourself, about others and about the world.

An individual session lasts 45 minutes, a couple session lasts 60 minutes.

Prices for sessions in the practice are calculated according to the fee schedule for psychotherapists (GOP). Psychological tests, biographical anamnesis and therapy materials are included in the rate for self-payers; there are no additional costs. In justified individual cases, the fee can also be reduced after consultation. Please note: When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to my other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please tell me as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, I require that you inform me at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will owe the full session fee. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
