Many people who find my work have already spent years in therapy, coaching, or other forms of inner work. Understanding is not the problem. What is often present is a pattern of emotional, relational, or psychosomatic repetition, particularly under pressure, in intimacy, or when responsibility increases.
In many cases, strain shows up in the body before it’s consciously acknowledged:
• chronic tension or shallow breathing
• psychosomatic anxiety or overwhelm
• gut issues, nausea, or IBS-like symptoms
• migraines, head pressure, or sinus congestion
• insomnia or unrestful sleep
• skin flare-ups
• emotional numbness, fog, or a sense of “nothingness”
In moments that matter (closeness, conflict, visibility, success), something automatic takes over. The response is fast, protective, and out of date.
I know this terrain well, including what it’s like to appear capable while feeling disconnected from your own body.
I work especially well with people who have often felt misread or not fully met in standard therapeutic settings. This includes people who function highly, feel deeply, carry responsibility, or live between cultures, roles, or identities.
We don’t only look at what happened in the past. We pay attention to what shows up now, so protective patterns no longer have to stay at the steering wheel and a steadier form of self-leadership can come forward.

I also offer integrative psychosomatic consultation for therapists, coaches, and bodyworkers working with complexity around relational depth, authority, countertransference, and the personal impact of the work.
