For high-capacity adults, expats, and perfectionists who look unstoppable on the outside—while carrying chronic physical symptoms, burnout, and a quiet exhaustion that self-awareness hasn’t fixed.
To the outside world, I was ambitious, energetic, social, and capable of figuring almost anything out. What people couldn’t see was what my body was carrying underneath: chronic fatigue, anxiety, migraines, persistent gut issues, and a revolving door of physical symptoms that seemed to have no clear explanation. I spent years trying everything—conventional therapy, bodywork, acupuncture, energy work, and coaching. Each gave me a piece of the puzzle, but none of them could address the whole field of my life. I came into this work because I needed it.
Most people who find their way to my practice are in a similar position. You are likely exceptionally good at coping. You know your history, you’ve analysed your patterns, and you can comfortably diagnose yourself and everyone around you. But self-awareness hasn’t changed what your body is doing. It has simply given your mind more thoughts to manage, while your capacity to endure continues to push you beyond your own boundaries.
I developed the Psychosomatic Restoration Method™ (PSR) out of the realisation that human complexity cannot be squeezed into a single paradigm. We are cognitive, somatic, relational, and systemic all at once. I offer a grounded, honest space for high-responsibility adults and international professionals to move beyond intellectual self-analysis and cultivate the capacity to actually inhabit their lives.
Awareness doesn’t change a pattern; it just gives your mind more thoughts to manage. Your body can react long before your intellect has time to explain what’s happening.
Rather than treating chronic physical symptoms, anxiety, or relational exhaustion as faults to manage or suppress, we become curious about what they might be protecting, communicating, or responding to. In sessions, we slow down and observe what is becoming active in your body, emotions, relationships, and nervous system as it unfolds.
This isn’t about becoming an eternally regulated, unbothered human being. Sometimes what we need is a way to regulate ourselves in the moment. Sometimes we need to set a boundary, speak up, or make a change. And sometimes we simply don’t know yet. The work is about developing enough capacity to stay with what is happening without immediately suppressing it, explaining it away, or assuming we already know what it means.
My approach integrates somatic tracking, parts work (IFS-informed), relational work, and family systems theory through the Psychosomatic Restoration Method™. I offer focused 90-minute Strategic Deep Dive consultations as well as ongoing 1:1 somatic consultations online globally
