I love working with people and how our inner world connects to our outside world. The mind for understanding, the body for change. Accompany people on their beautiful and hard paths is a great honour and joy for me.
Rosen Method Bodywork was something I found by accident for my own process. I started to participate in the seminars and taking sessions for myself. Rosen drew me in, year by year, really shifting my sense of self, my sense of body, my sense of being in the world, one touch and one movement at a time and continues to do so. From where I am now, I can give others a space, completely for themselves, hold them in there and make room for what comes up and for what moves. Holding and moving. It brings me deep peace to do Rosen work.
When I encountered the theory of Somatic Experiencing Traumawork (SE) it was like words being given to what happened speechless inside my body. Still many years went by until I finally started to learn this work and to take my own first sessions. I was already in the forth year of my bodywork education and the SE training deepened my understanding of trauma and my own process immensly. I came to adore this work and be in awe of its magnificant ways to work with the body of change in necessary addition to the understanding of the mind. Its like a new language to reach myself, others and the world. It brings me great joy and satisfaction to do SE work.
Offering Rosenmethod Bodywork and Somatic Experiencing Traumawork (SE). I offer SE online and in person and Rosen Bodywork in person. I also offer crisis intervention contact online, in person, via text and phone.
Holding space for you. Unconditional attention for you. Presence. Process. Moving work with the nervous system and with touch. Coming back into contact with yourself. Coming back into the rhythm of the nervous system going up and down.
