Creatives are often envied by people with “9-to-5” jobs because they live and work in a world of cool agencies and dreamy professions, they create trends, are always active and travel a lot. The flip side of this glamorous lifestyle is the risk of over-identification with the industry, being burned out, financial unpredictability, or self-doubt. Especially when the income is dependent on the creative output and the ideas don’t sparkle. Living a creative life is an art in itself and requires balance. I support creative individuals in cultivating mental well-being through a sense of meaning, purpose, clarity and self-confidence. My work integrates a range of techniques rooted in trauma informed approaches, mental health, positive psychology, emotional awareness and mindfulness, always tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Together, we explore the emotions, beliefs, and past experiences that may be blocking your creative flow or professional development. By reconnecting with your inner values and emotional needs, you gain clarity, authenticity, and the confidence to move forward with integrity.
