About me
I am 44 years old, have two children and live in south-west Berlin. I have experienced first-hand how difficult it can be to harmonise different areas of life in a healthy way. In my previous life, I worked as a manager and HR manager in various companies. Today, I work as a coach and counsellor both with private clients and in a corporate context.

I am a trained systemic coach (ECA) and systemic counsellor, and I am currently deepening my expertise by training as a systemic therapist (SG). A holistic approach and thinking outside the solution-orientated box are very important to me. That's why I work with approaches from acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy and polyvagal theory.
