In my coaching/therapy, I work in a systemic, process-oriented and discrimination-sensitive way. This means that I focus on the person and their environment and work with them to find solutions. I am appreciative and respectful and pay attention to the person's individual needs and experiences.
We will work with a diverse mix of methods. You are the expert for the process. You know yourself best and together we will look for the best solutions and paths for you.
Methods I'm working with:
* Diversity of systemic approaches
* Embodiment Approaches
* Theater Methods
* Existential therapy (Irvin Yalom)
* PEP (Process- and Embodiment-Focused Psychology - Michael Bohne)
