I'm as freelance trainer for 12 years and hve gained my knowledge autodidacticly, in activist communities and at university.
I have a degree as social justice and radical diversity trainer, a degree as theatre of the oppressed trainer, and as a betzavta trainer. I'm NVC-Mediator, a sex educator and a laughter yoga trainer, too. I'm a systemic coach and (couple and family) counselor and also in training to become a systemic therapist and a Playfight-Trainer.
In my coaching/therapy, I work in a systemic, process-oriented and discrimination-sensitive way. This means that I focus on the person and their environment and work with them to find solutions. I am appreciative and respectful and pay attention to the person's individual needs and experiences.
We will work with a diverse mix of methods. You are the expert for the process. You know yourself best and together we will look for the best solutions and paths for you.
Methods I'm working with:

If your topic doesn't appear here or you can't narrow it down precisely, just write to me and we'll find out together.
