About me
It is important to me: To offer you a protected space and to take time for a joint search process around the topic you have brought with you. I am happy if you come to new insights, if you find the courage to try out new solution ideas with me and in everyday life, and if I can support you with short solution impulses or for longer.
As a trained sociologist and systemic therapist, I am always curious about the relationship systems in which we move together with our "problems". In the course of life history, patterns sometimes emerge that used to be helpful, but have now become too rigid to enable the desired lively development. To change these patterns, we look for new connections on the inner map. From personal experience, I have long been fascinated by the idea that our inner and social reality, identity, gender or our roles in life are constructed and changeable.
Practiced artistically in earlier theater work and as a psychodrama leader, I now like to use creative methods such as visualization, symbol work, life narrative, positioning in space or scenic exercises - in addition to the analytical conversation - to bring movement back into life.

Approach
As a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy (HPG), I offer systemic therapy (SG) for individuals and couples in Berlin or online. Constellations in Space (SySt) or Psychodrama (DFP) are further approaches to explore your topic from a new perspective. In order for you to be able to develop your own solutions, it is important to me to accompany you in a value-neutral, appreciative and empathetic way.
Write me an email: In a free preliminary talk on the phone, we will clarify the best procedure for your concerns: counselling, coaching or psychotherapy - in an individual, couple or group setting - on site in Berlin or online.
A one-on-one session lasts 60 minutes and costs 120,-Euro. We decide from hour to hour when the next session makes sense, usually every 2-4 weeks. After the session, payment can be made in cash or, in the case of online sessions, in advance by bank transfer.
