I completed a master's degree in psychology at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Wrocław, Poland) and a postgraduate degree in Positive Sports Psychology. I’m constantly expanding my competencies by participating in various training courses and conferences.
For more than 15 years, I’ve been practicing Kendo — a modern Japanese martial art that uses bamboo swords and protective armor. My dad, a professional master-class equestrian trainer, fostered my passion for sports.
My mission is to support people from the sporting world in developing their mental skills that will translate into improved functioning in private life and realizing their goals or dreams.
In my career, I’ve had the opportunity to support athletes in the following fields: equestrian (jumping), athletics, boxing, MMA, fencing, basketball, soccer, handball, volleyball, swimming, enduro, road cycling, motorsport, ski jumping, downhill skiing, artistic gymnastics, chess, shooting, agility, judo, tennis, badminton, squash, golf, field hockey, bowling, esports, triathlon.
