I am fully qualified psychotherapist. I have been working in UK through my own practice for nearly a year, with both English and Spanish speakers, after having other professional experiences in Research field and private psychological centres in Spain.

I have experienced personally as well, the emotional challenges of being an expat, so I'll be very pleased to help you if you are Spanish speaker and you want psychology guidance in your native language.

I think everyone will feel like this over the course of our lives, even it can be adaptative. However, sometimes we can struggle to find clarity and understanding, at the same time that respect both ourselves and others.

I can help you to learn another way to interact with your emotions and beliefs, working towards targets based on your values. I work with an integrative approach rely on different evidence-based psychology methodologies in order to offer a tailored intervention to every client. These include Brief Therapy, ACT (contextual therapies) and CBT techniques.

I have qualifications as well in Systemic Family Therapy and Children Therapy, to provide a better help regarding parenting, children and teenagers issues.
