I’m a psychologist with a background in cognitive science (MSc, University of Amsterdam), and my work is grounded in both academic psychology and real-world experience supporting individuals through complex emotional and life processes. I’ve worked across research, clinical settings, and independent practice, which allows me to approach each person with both structure and flexibility.
Many of the people I work with are high-functioning but feel internally overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Some are going through life transitions, relational difficulties, or periods of uncertainty where things no longer feel clear. Others are simply trying to understand themselves more deeply and relate to their experiences in a more coherent way.
I work with clients internationally, in English and Spanish, including expats and people navigating different cultural contexts. My aim is to offer a space that is thoughtful, grounded, and genuinely useful, where we can explore what’s happening without rushing to conclusions.
