I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. I have completed a full course in systemic psychotherapy at the Centre for Systemic Psychotherapy in Kraków, recommended by the Polish Psychological Association (PTP), and a one-year training in transcultural positive psychotherapy at the Wrocław Institute of Psychotherapy. I also graduated from the SIEĆ Trainer School (PTP recommendation), and completed a supplementary training in psychoanalytic-psychodynamic therapy for children and adolescents at the Dr. Józef Babiński Clinical Hospital in Kraków. I am currently training in Jungian psychoanalysis with the Polish Society for Analytical Psychology (SAJ). Professionally, I have worked in a range of clinical and community settings, including psychiatric hospitals, public mental health centers (NFZ), crisis intervention units, NGOs, and educational institutions. I also maintain a private psychotherapy practice. I have experience working individually and with groups, across different age groups. I am committed to ongoing professional development and engage in regular supervision to ensure the quality and depth of my work.
In my work with clients, I integrate various therapeutic modalities, drawing primarily from systemic, psychodynamic, and Jungian approaches. I tailor each process to the individual’s needs, respecting the uniqueness of every client’s path. I see psychotherapy as a space for authentic human encounter — one that allows for deep self-exploration, emotional insight, and personal transformation. I support my clients in reconnecting with their inner resources, understanding their emotions, and discovering their own voice and direction. My work is also inspired by the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), which emphasize empathy, clarity of needs, and compassionate dialogue. I place great value on the therapeutic relationship, creating a safe and respectful environment in which real change becomes possible
