I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions — in Romanian and English. Together, we go beneath the surface to understand what drives your patterns and help you move forward.
I am a clinical psychologist (autonomous practice) and integrative psychotherapist, based in Brașov, Romania. I work with adults in Romanian and English, both in-person and online.
People come to me when something feels stuck. Anxiety that won’t quiet down. A body that holds what the mind can’t process. Relationships that keep repeating the same patterns. A life that looks fine on the outside but feels hollow inside. Some have been through crisis or trauma. Some are navigating a diagnosis, a loss, or a major shift. Others simply know something needs to change but can’t name it yet.
I work with: • Anxiety, panic attacks, and chronic worry • Depression and mood difficulties • PTSD, complex trauma, and early traumatic experiences • Adjustment disorder and major life transitions • Somatoform and psychosomatic presentations • Crisis intervention • Identity, self-worth, and self-esteem • Victims of domestic violence
My training spans clinical psychology, integrative psychotherapy, and EMDR for adults. I hold an autonomous practice license from the Romanian College of Psychologists (CPR) in both clinical psychology and integrative psychotherapy. Before becoming a psychologist, I spent years in law and business management. That background gives me a specific lens: I understand high-functioning people who keep it together professionally while struggling internally. I know the weight of responsibility, the pressure of performance, and the particular loneliness of seeming to have it all figured out.
I offer individual sessions in English and Romanian online, with people of all ages. Send me a message to set up a free 15-min call! No pressure, no obligation.
Integrative psychotherapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible, tailored approach that draws from multiple evidence-based frameworks to meet their specific needs. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Recommended for those who have experienced trauma, PTSD, or distressing memories that continue to affect daily life. A structured, research-supported method for processing what the mind has not yet been able to resolve. Person-centered approach Recommended for those who need a non-judgmental space where they can lead the process at their own pace, without pressure. Somatic and body-based techniques Recommended for those whose distress shows up physically — tension, fatigue, pain, or symptoms without clear medical cause. The body holds memory, and working with it directly accelerates change.
