You function well on the outside, but inside something keeps repeating and not changing.
You may already understand a lot about yourself, but this does not seem to make things easier.
Many of my clients are high-functioning: they manage work, responsibilities, and daily life, but at a significant internal cost. They find themselves caught in repeating patterns or emotional exhaustion that is difficult to explain.
I also work with people who have gone through major life transitions, including relocation. Moving countries can change external circumstances, but often leaves deeper emotional patterns untouched.
My approach is psychoanalytic and depth-oriented. I offer a confidential and structured space where we can explore not only current difficulties, but also the emotional and relational patterns that shape them. The goal is not immediate relief, but deeper and more lasting change.
My work is based on psychoanalytic thinking. I see psychological symptoms not as isolated problems, but as expressions of deeper emotional conflicts and relational patterns.
In sessions, I listen carefully and follow what emerges over time - recurring themes, emotional reactions, and patterns that may not be immediately obvious.
I do not give advice or quick solutions. The process is gradual and reflective, focused on developing a deeper understanding of yourself and creating meaningful, lasting change.
This work usually takes time and requires commitment, which allows for deeper and more stable change.
